Exceptional Home Features: All homes will feature an elegant, classical plan organized around a central axis, beginning with a circular or octagonal entry foyer with your choice of double entry doors or an entry door with sidelights. Rarely seen in condominium design, the generous proportions of all rooms can accommodate full size furniture groupings, grand pianos, and big screen televisions. All homes will have expansive windows, with corner windows offering unobstructed southern and western waterfront views from all living/dining rooms, kitchens, and master bedrooms. The centerpiece of every home will be a spectacular gourmet kitchen, adjoined to the living room in recognition of today’s open and casual lifestyle.
