Exceptional Home Features: All homes will feature an elegant, classical plan organized around a central axis, beginning with a circular or octagonal entry foyer with your choice of double entry doors or an entry door with sidelights. Rarely seen in condominium design, the generous proportions of all rooms can accommodate full size furniture groupings, grand pianos, and big screen televisions. All homes will have expansive windows, with corner windows offering unobstructed southern and western waterfront views from all living/dining rooms, kitchens, and master bedrooms. The centerpiece of every home will be a spectacular gourmet kitchen, adjoined to the living room in recognition of today’s open and casual lifestyle. The kitchen will include a large island with space for counter-height seating, a walk-through pantry, granite countertops, professional quality appliances, and premium solid-face cabinetry in cherry, maple, or other wood with your choice of finish. Ceilings with exceptional 10-foot heights will include recessed lighting, domes within the circular entry foyers, and coffers in the dining areas and master bedrooms. All homes will include two dedicated parking spaces within the building’s ground-floor secure garage with a remote access gate. Private two-car garages with electric doors will be available for an additional charge. The property will also contain twenty guest parking spaces. A swimming pool and spa will overlook the waterfront, complete with bathrooms and (subject to permitting) a poolside picnic & barbecue area. The building will be of concrete block, stucco, and post-tensioned slab construction throughout. Boat slips at the project’s private dock may be available for an additional charge, subject to local and state permitting. All slips will include electric lifts. The use of the dock will be deed restricted to building residents, and slips must be reserved prior to construction.
