The City of Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to produce the Harbor Sounds Music Festival at the Safety Harbor Marina on: Saturday October 4, 2008 Sunday October 5, 2008 The two day event will feature live entertainment on the Budweiser True Music Stage, arts and crafts vendors, the Parent Guide Family Zone and plenty of food vendors. Admission and parking are free.
The live entertainment on the Budweiser True Music Stage will feature some of Tampa Bay’s hottest bands.
The bands scheduled to perform on Saturday are;
Rebekah PulleyFerengata(classic rock),
Christie Lenee & Funk Grass Groove (funk),
Wildlife Refugees (jam rock)
Four Star Riot (rock)
Sunday’s Band lineup includes;
Rob Pieniak from Buffalo Strange (solo acoustic),
Fil and Friends(jazz jam),
Cope(rock).
Phinley, the Clearwater Thresher’s mascot, will make special appearances on Saturday and Sunday to hand out Threshers prizes and meet his phans (fans).
The event opens at Noon both Saturday and Sunday with over 30 fine arts and crafters showing their wares. Food vendors and other activities for all ages will be on site at the event. The entertainment will start at 12:00pm on the Budweiser True Music Stage. Admission and parking are FREE. The Harbor Sounds Music Festival is sponsored by; Budweiser, The Clearwater Threshers, Parent Guide Magazine, The Safety Harbor Resort and Spa, The Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the City of Safety Harbor.
